Delta: Snake Eater is about the early days of Snake, the soldier who later creates the legendary character Big Boss. This is the story of his first solo expedition in 1964, a pivotal moment that turns him into who he will be in the future. 

The game puts you into the Cold War tensions. You must navigate the treacherous Soviet jungle on a covert rescue operation for a scientist. Overall, it keeps the same gameplay settings and mechanics as the original one. 

The remake also ensures that it has the original freely moving controllable camera. On top of that, players can also use “Legacy Mode, " meaning you will see the same controls as the PlayStation 2 version we saw in 2004. 

The core gameplay of sneaking, silent takedowns, and utilizing gadgets remains intact.  Expect smoother controls for a more intuitive experience while maintaining strategic options. 

The game will be released on all the latest consoles by the end of this year or in early 2025. The platforms include:
